How do payments work?: Every engagement is priced per package, so you pay for the exact scope we agree — nothing bundled that you don't need. A one-time setup charge applies to each new engagement, and monthly management is billed in advance. Larger projects are split into milestones.
What is your refund policy?: If we don't deliver the agreed results, your payment is refundable. The exact results, timeline and refund terms for your package are written into your proposal before you pay anything.
Is ad spend included?: No. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platform and are separate from our management fee.
Do you guarantee results?: We commit to clear deliverables, timelines and reporting — and back that with our refund policy. We never promise specific revenue figures, account approvals or platform eligibility, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
